Land and Property Registrations in Northern Ireland

There are currently two systems of registering land and property in Northern Ireland

Registry of Deeds  : where property is registered under the owners’ name.

Land Registry  : where the property is registered under a folio number

Searches can be performed on individuals and companies dating back to 1923

To begin a search we require owner or previous owners names and address.

• BANKRUPTCY OFFICE
  A Bankruptcy Search will provide details of any Bankruptcy Petition or Orders registered in the last 10 years.
  
  
• ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGEMENTS OFFICE
  An Enforcement of Judgement Search will provide details of all judgements issued in the last 6 years.
  
  
• STATUTORY CHARGES
  A Statutory Charge Search will identify any charges imposed by a Statutory Body against the Property.
  
  
• COMPANIES REGISTRY
  Full and Part Company Searches will provide details of incorporation, mortgages, charges, debentures, directors, shareholders, accounts etc.
  
  
• CERTIFICATES/COPIES
  We can provide copy memorials, copy folios, copy instruments together with copies of Death, Birth and Marriage Certificates.
  
  
• COURT AGENCY WORK
  With the Experience of Managing a Town Agency Practice we can provide a prompt and unique service.
